Due to COVID-19 our Summer Leadership Programs will all be virtual.  If things change, we will review in-person sessions.  All sessions are 5-day weeklong for 3 hours daily.

The Empowered Me Inc Summer Leadership Program (EMSLP) seeks to cultivate in its participants our core values. We are a value-led business with core values that reflect everything that we do.  Our vision is to generate a world where every person feels valued, self-assured, empowered, and never faced with isolation, negativity, fear, or disempowerment.

The EMSLP will provide participants with tools to prepare them for the challenges and choices they face in school. We know that most girls will enter a co-ed school environment in the fall; our program helps girls find the tools they need to navigate this transition with confidence and self-awareness.

We support each girl to lead in their own way. Empowered Me Inc encourages young women to take risks, find their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats and discover their voices. We want to set the girls up for success as they enter the next higher grade and reduce or even eliminate the stress they face at school.

The Empowered Me Summer Leadership Program curriculum will be based on The Power of Twelve Modules. These modules are  part of the comprehensive EmpoweredMe Signature Program ™. The full program is an advanced level that develops the girls to become strong leaders. The program is offered in the fall. The summer leadership 5 weeklong sessions offer hands-on learning while simultaneously showing them ways to resolve conflicts, pursue goals and make an impact on themselves and others around them.

Below is a weeklong view in the Life of Our Program. Be it Virtual or In-Person (Depending on the updated Covid-19 protocols), the outcomes will be the same:

“My daughter enjoyed the leadership program and will join again in the future. The program offered skills not offered in school and complimented many aspects of her life. I have seen the confidence she acquired and the decisions she makes around her friends. I recommend this program to every girl especially when going into a new grade.”
