Mother and Daughter Workshop
The workshop focuses heavily on examining the mother-and-daughter relationship. The focus is primarily on strengthening the relationship between the mother and her daughter and helping them relate to other families.
The goal of this workshop is to help both mothers and daughters improve the quality of their relationship between them. A day before the session begins, a questionnaire will be sent to both the mums and daughters. The goal for this assessment is to:
- Help both mother and daughter access where they currently are as individuals (look deeper to understand their personalities).
- Help them understand the current state of the relationship
- Help them sort out their expectations of each other.
